Us Verses Them are a great hardcore band from Scotland, this being our third time reviewing them. Raw, thrasy, hardcore, this time round with a bit more of an old school punk edge to the CD.
"Don't Drag me Down" is one of my favs, starts off nice and fast and in
your face, slows down, then kicks off again into a nice raw ending,
Wullie doing a fine job on the vocals. All the songs are nice and raw,
giving it a very old school DIY feel and sound.
They finish off with a nice cover of the Cro-Mags, Hard Times. Another
fast album of thrashy hardcore - 6 tracks in 12 minutes - from the Scot
boys.
